Its a 'we want to' thing!

Came across this para in explanation to bible verses and i find this thing impt that we need to know.

'God has promised that no sheep of His will ever spend eternity in hell. Does this mean that a person maybe saved and then carry on in the sinful pleasures of this world? (doing bad things) No, he no longer desires to do these things. He wants to follow the shepherd. We do not live the christian life in order to become a christian or in order to retain our salvation. We live a christian life because we are christians. We desire to live a holy life not out of fear of losing our salvation, but out of gratitude to the One who died for us. The doctrine of the eternal security does not encourage careless living, but rather is a strong motive for holy living.'

"My sheep listen to my voice;
I know them and they follow me.
I give them eternal life,
and they shall never perish;
no one can snatch them out of my hand."
John 10: 27-28

Let us be like the submarine.
To be in the waters, yet not filled with the waters.
Its like us being in the world yet not of the world.
We need to be in the waters to fulfill our purpose,
yet we must not be filled with the worldly things to fulfill them.

SET APART FOR GOD.
