its like 2plus AM now!
netball training just now was a WOW for someone who didnt exercise for the past 2 weeks. the coach came after mia for few weeks due to her exams. had normal training and stuffs like drills, etc. then the training ended off with physical training which includes,
1 set:
`20 guy push ups (all the way down)
`20 crunches
`20 some leg moving thingy
`10 back push ups
we had to do 3 sets continuously. then followed by 3 rounds round the tracks. OHGOSH. everyone is bathed with sweat. totally.
AND OHMYGOODNESS. training is gonna increase frm next week onwards to twice a week D: 6-9PM. Lord, pls give me the strength!
